Randy Uram has come into an early stage VC-funded technology company with
only engineers and has created customer interest, secured all the
original beta sites, managed the complete beta program, delivered the first order to the company, and
then grew the sales organization to manage the growth. Randy has
also built and managed a $100M sales region at one of America’s
fastest growing companies.
